It is our second time to stay at Nino's apartment and everytime we have an amazing comfortable stay. The apartment is modern, clean, spacious with high ceiling, kitchen is fully equipped, private parking. Nino is very warm and kind, she always reply if we message her. The surrounding is calm and quiet but really near to the tourist attractions. Check in and out is very easy. We enjoyed our stay and defenitely will come again.

I had an excellent stay at this property. The owner was extremely helpful and attentive to every detail. Despite my very early arrival at 5 a.m., he kindly stayed awake to welcome me and even offered another room until mine was ready, as it was still occupied. He personally cleaned everything thoroughly and ensured the house was in perfect condition. Whenever I needed anything related to the house, he responded immediately via WhatsApp. The location is ideal, just an 8–10 minute walk to the city centre, in a quiet and safe neighbourhood with charming streets full of colourful houses and flowers. The cleanliness and equipment of the house exceeded my expectations. Everything a guest could possibly need was provided: a smart trash bin, fully equipped kitchen tools, sparkling water, coffee, and tea. I am truly grateful to the owner for creating such a welcoming and well-prepared place. If I could, I would rate it a million out of ten.
