My suite had a/c, white linens, bed, closet, mirror, TV, kettle, a desk for my laptop and a balcony with a view of the pool and the sea. Sauna was incredibly top notch! Gym and indoor pool was enjoyable too. Close to the beach and the taverns of the area.

Everything!! The staff was super lovely, attentive and caring, the room (deluxe with pool view on the other side of the street/main building) was modern and spacious, the breakfast offers anything you desire, the food at the beach was delicious. Can't complain about nothing and would highly recommend this place.

The hotel is an old French embassy, fully renovated two years ago. Amazing building, suite with jacuzzi was really nice (more like a small private pool). Food in general was very nice, of very high quality. Breakfast also very nice, a la carte. Above all, staff was amazing, giving us tips about where to go and where to eat, hats off to Vasiliki, Anna and Maria. It is also very close to the old town of Chania, avoiding all the noise and the crowdness of staying too close.

The breakfast was very good and the location excellent. It was within a short walking distance to Chania old town and the bus stop. The staff was wonderful, especially Ioanna, Gemina and Antonio. They were so personable and helpful. Ioanna and Gemini made us feel at home and helped plan our days in Crete. They were exceptional. Antonio was a wonderful waiter. This was the best European hotel that I've stayed at. I highly recommend staying here.
