Family running hotel that was absolutely perfect in every way.Thanks to Yanissis for the communication and patience with my reservation,with answering all my questions and his kindness,also the profesional staff Ina and Florian and Eva who looked after as the whole stay. The property is super clean, beautifully kept, great rooms, a nice bar, two lovely pools and across the road to a beach. The staff are wonderful particularly the reception lady who was genuinely interested in your experience and fantastic at making your stay the best. It was my first solo holiday and I booked it by accident. What a Great accident! This trip has given me back the confidence to travel alone. The hotel is geared towards giving you the choice of making friends or enjoying your own company. The people were lovely and I ended up going on a great trip with them. There is a mixture of ages but of course its luck so just go with an open mind as I did. As someone who travels a lot alone but never to a solo hotel it was brilliant to be around like minded people who you could go places with. It’s a little outside of the town which was not a problem at all as it’s a short bus ride anywhere. There is a reason so many people go back and I definitely will as well!!! If you go with an open mind you will have a fantastic time!!!

Everything was perfect. Comfortable, big and clean apartment. It even has parking in front of the apartment. There is an elevator in the building and housekeeping is everyday. Beautiful reception and garden in front. On the last floor/room there are sunbeds, jacuzzi and bar and at the night it has good music and colorful lights. Very kind receptionists and people who work there every morning we were served with coffee, smile and kind words. Every praise for them and the apartments. It is also on good location for exploring the west side of crete and the city Chania.
