The huge terrace with the view to the mountains, city and the sea. (beware though that the bells from the cathedral are quite loud, start early and finish late ;) ) Spotless room, comfortable bathroom, all fresh and new. PErfect location to explore the city by foot.

I liked everything about this property!! A GREAT LOCATION: Close to the Central Bus Station 🚉 👌 (less than 15 mins walk, even if you are slow 🐌 and dragging a suitcase), restaurants, coffee shops, souvenir shops just around the corner, a short walk to the wonderful Archeological Museum of Heraklion (If you are a history lover, it's a must visit). I walked the streets around at night and as a solo female traveler, I felt very safe. THE VIEW: I stayed at Appartment 2, with outstanding view from the balcony of the sea and the port! Very amusing at night 🌙, specially if you are a solo traveler. The FACILITY: Spotless clean, modern, functional, very well equipped. The owners thought literally of everything to make it a home away from home for travelers who like personalised accommodation. The Beeding is extremely comfortable, pillows and sheets quality are OUTSTANDING! Modern cupboard with a safe box, and quality bathrobes and slippers. Clean decent bathroom with basic toiletries needs. Lighting distribution very well thought off, you can alternate dim and bright lights to your liking. Big windows that offers a very nice view of the port from outside. Fully equipped kitchen, coffee maker with capsules, boiler, two chilled water glasses in the fridge. A very comfortable living area downstairs and best of all, two LCD flat screens one upstairs and the other downstairs. Last but not least .... Katerina, the host! One of the most amazing, organised and responsive hosts I have ever dealt with!! She sends a detailed PDF for literally everything you might need and yet she will respond promptly to all your questions and will give the best and honest recommendations. Thank you Katerina!

The hotel is a few minutes walk from the beach and some restaurants and markets. In addition, the airport is about ten minutes away. In the hotel there is an excellent restaurant for dinner that also provides breakfast and lunch and aperitif in front of the pool. It's all new, modern and comfortable, including the gym. The nicest thing, which we highly recommend, is to take one of the rooms with a private pool. It's really a pool all to yourself that is part of the room beyond the terrace. Waking up and using the pool or doing it after breakfast or after the sea is wonderful. You can also call a taxi or rent a car through the reception and see other beauties of the island easily. The staff is kind and nice and the food is great as always in Greece.

It’s a beautiful place, the food was good breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can order food and cocktails to the sunbeds from an app which was a really nice feature. Staff is very kind. We were on our honeymoon and we were so lucky that they upgraded our room our minute to one of the villas. Forever grateful.
