We were welcomed with a big basket of goodies and wine which was a lovely surprise. Large apartment for 2 people and in an easy location for the bus system. We were also able to walk to a supermarket which had amazing cooked food. No cooking while on holidays! The washing machine was also a bonus.

Our stay at Porta Suites in Heraklion was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and exceptional service that made us feel right at home. The rooms were spotlessly clean, modern, and very comfortable. The bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in, ensuring a great night’s rest after a day of exploring. Every detail in the room was well thought out, making our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. One of the standout aspects of this hotel was the incredible staff. They were always friendly, attentive, and eager to help with anything we needed, from restaurant recommendations to transportation tips. Their kindness and professionalism truly made a difference in our experience. Although the hotel doesn’t offer breakfast, there are plenty of great cafés nearby where you can enjoy a delicious meal in the morning.Or you can cook evrethink there. The location is also excellent—central and convenient, making it easy to explore Heraklion’s attractions, shops, and restaurants on foot. Overall, porta Suites is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Heraklion. It offers comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding service, all in a prime location. We would definitely stay here again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My friend and I arrived at the Alsus Boutique Hotel in early April. The experience was simply perfect. The breakfast was varied and delicious. The staff and the manager were very nice to us and helped us with everything we needed. The room is beautiful. The people at the hotel improved our vacation on several levels. In addition, the staff at the bar was really friendly and nice. Without a doubt, one of the best hotels we have stayed at and we will definitely come again ❤️💕

It’s a beautiful place, the food was good breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can order food and cocktails to the sunbeds from an app which was a really nice feature. Staff is very kind. We were on our honeymoon and we were so lucky that they upgraded our room our minute to one of the villas. Forever grateful.

The Appartement is really looking Like the Pictures and better.. It ist Just so cute with many many interior Details and Lights ... The jakuzzi is a dream ..the bathroom is really small but very Clean.. enough to Take a shower.. for relaxing you have a hole room 😉 the Host is very friendly and easy to get in contact .. i would definately come again and would recommend 100%
