First of all the villa is amazing! Exactly like in the pictures. We were 2 couples (4 people), and had an amazing time. It located in the centre of Acharavi town, near to a lot of cafes/restaurants, supermarkets, shops (everything in walking distance). Th facilities were great, we had all we need - kitchen, wash machine, dishes for eating and cooking, air conditioner, TV, coffee machine etc.. The outside of the villa is just beautiful, garden is green, pool is clean with lightings at night, and 2 big olive trees in the middle just making the atmosphere even better. It has private parking per villa inside (for one car), but even if you coming with more than one car, there is a lot of parking space outside. In addition to all that, I must say a word about the owners, he did everything and much more so we will enjoy our holidays. He gave us a lot of recommendations where to go, eat, and what to do (even all day plannings), he was always available and answered every question we had. We had some personal issue during our stay, and he helped us to sort this out momently and with extra care. I would defiantly recommend staying here for up to 4 people, or even a larger group, if you book up to 3 villas (there are in total 3 villas near each other, each one of them have all the things I said above)

Everything! From the room to the facilities, the food, and the services offered , everything was perfect. This is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The proof is that we didn’t even want to leave the resort (which is very rare for us). We were completely satisfied with everything provided, and our son had the best time especially because the on-site animals and the kids’ club kept him happily entertained

Exceptional hotel, very clean and professional staff. Nice breakfast, daily cleaning service to the bedroom. Beautiful pool which always felt quiet and peaceful. About a 500metre walk to centre of acharavi and 1km from beach, very short walks and plenty to look at along the way. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The outside of the villa is just beautiful, garden is green, pool is clean with lightings at night, and 2 big olive trees in the middle just making the atmosphere even better. It has private parking per villa inside (for one car), but even if you coming with more than one car, there is a lot of parking space outside. In addition to all that, I must say a word about the owners, he did everything and much more so we will enjoy our holidays. He gave us a lot of recommendations where to go, eat, and what to do (even all day plannings), he was always available and answered every question we had. We had some personal issue during our stay, and he helped us to sort this out momently and with extra care. I would defiantly recommend staying here for up to 4 people, or even a larger group, if you book up to 3 villas (there are in total 3 villas near each other, each one of them have all the things I said above)

Amazing view from the villa, very spacious and stylish rooms with all you need during vacation. Villa was regularly clean and maintain during the stay. Only few minutes walk from Kassiopi town with plenty of restaurants and shops. Nearby beach was small but clean and empty, perfect for people who prefer relax and tranquility on vacation.
