The staff was very polite and helped us with every need we had. The room was super clean, comfortable, spacious and covered all our needs. Very spacious and nice overall bathroom too. Our room even had a fireplace in it, they had all the required things in the room to light it up which was a very pleasant surprise. We even visited the spa area.
