The place has an amazing location, right in front of the beach. There is a wonderful restaurant in the sme building open all year, which is very convinient for those who travel outside high season. Breakfast is served in this restaurant (with sea view) and it is very rich!! Apartments are decorated n a very nice way. Clean and stylish.

It is our second time in Kassandra. We have quite experience in the area and we can easily say that this is one the best boutique hotels. The staff is excelent, the rooms are clean, view is gorgeous, there is a long beach just a few minutes away with a walk under the shadows of trees. The common courtyard is quite nice. The hotel is placed in a quiet area, nearby you can find many restaurants and the beach it's 5-10 minutes away (walk). The room was spotless, sheets were changed and the room was cleaned once at 2 days. New furniture with plenty of space to deposit your belongings, also there is a (quiet) fridge in the room. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was new and well maintained. Blackout curtains, big balcony with space to dry your clothes and a table with chairs.. great place if you are a smoker. Even though the hotel doesn't have private parking, we always found a spot to park right in front. Even when the street was full, the hosts saved a spot right at the entrance that we used when needed. The hosts are hardworking people with a very positive energy that paid a lot of attention to details and always made sure everything was ok. 10 out of 10, will definitely come back next time we'll be in Kalithea!

We had an absolutely perfect stay at the villa. One of the previous reviews mentioned that the views and the property are even more beautiful in person than in the photos—and that couldn’t be more true. The villa was easy to find, and we were warmly welcomed by the hosts, who gave us a brief tour upon arrival. The fridge was fully stocked, and thoughtful amenities were provided—everything from slippers to a spare toothbrush—covering all the little things you might forget to pack. The entire property is arranged with great care and attention to detail. With two pools, ambient lighting, and convenient parking, it felt like every corner was designed to enhance relaxation. Whether you're having a morning coffee or an evening drink, there are several spots around the villa to enjoy the moment. Honestly, the only downside is that once more people discover this place, it might become harder to book the slot you want.

First, the location is perfect, right in the city center. You don’t have to worry about a parking spot, because the hotel can reserve one for you, your own spot with a lock and key, just 3 minutes walk from the hotel. The city beach is in a 5 minutes walking distance, as well. Second, the hotel itself is extremely stylish, every detail is carefully chosen, perfectly clean and neat, the room is spacious and comfortable, natural colors and materials which makes it more cozy with a feeling of home. Third, the breakfast is something special, cooked with love, homemade and organic, you can choose from different kinds of cheese, fresh vegetables to small pastries to die for. Last, but not least, the perfect hosts, Markos and Elena, are very welcoming, easygoing, caring and make your stay even more enjoyable.

Clean location, very large court yard and green, with a large pool with bar and lounge area, spacious rooms visited by house keeper every day. For access to the beach the road is quitely, with some dust but popular and prices on beach are not expensive [12 eur/sun bed pair].
