We enjoyed the privacy, it was one of the main reasons we choose to stay here. It was like at home being able to do freely whatever we want. The staff was very friendly and had a familly vibe. The rooms are very modern and comfortable and loctated nearbij small towns, beaches and food accomadations.

Quite possibly the nicest most relaxing stay I've ever had abroad, the hotel is beautiful, and the facilities, beach, pool, rooms and restaurants are all fantastic. But it's the staff that make this hotel exceptional, they are so attentive and genuinely want to make your stay exceptional. You will not regret booking this hotel!! We’re currently enjoying a perfect vacation at this amazing hotel in Crete, and I can’t recommend it enough! The *service is exceptional*, the *food is delicious*, and the entire place is *beautiful, relaxing, and thoughtfully designed* to create the perfect holiday experience. We booked an *all-inclusive deal*, and it truly includes everything – from tasty meals to great drinks and *unique cocktails* served throughout the day. The location is also fantastic – just a short walk from the beach. But the real highlight of our stay is *Katerina*, who goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Having stayed in many luxury resorts around the world, we can confidently say this one raises the bar. A heartfelt thank you to the outstanding guest relations staff — especially Ritsa and Vuola — whose kindness, attention to detail, and seamless organization turned our holiday into something truly memorable. Ritsa, in particular, was a star: arranging transfers, extending our checkout, checking in daily, and always doing so with grace and a smile. The dining here is remarkable. Not only are the fine-dining restaurants outstanding — creative, beautifully presented dishes, and impeccable service — but the main buffet restaurants are also exceptional. Everything is spotless, with food stations kept immaculately clean and replenished with fresh, high-quality options at all times. And let’s talk about the bars: there are many across the resort, each serving top-quality branded spirits and cocktails made properly — no shortcuts, just excellent drinks every time. Whether you wanted a classic cocktail or something new, the bartenders delivered with skill and a smile, making every visit feel special.     Our stay was amazing! first we were upgraded to a room with a shared pool that was so much fun! its basicly like a private pool (5 rooms shared) but big not like the tiny private pools you get for one room. the hotel is perfect for relaxing, pool is great, the cleanless is top!! sparkling everywhere. breakfest was perfect. as Kosher keeping jews we had a great selection of raw fruits and veggies, coffee, juice . id defeinetly go there again. and its 10 minute drive from the only Kosher restaurant in Crete (yamanis)

    The balcony was gorgeous! So spacious inside and out for 4 people, we were at the back unit but could see the ocean from the sides. It would be incredible to be in one of the front units! There were a couple beers, and a small bottle of wine along with apples waiting for us which was such a kind touch. The facilities were amazing, lovely bathroom & aircon rooms. Caterina and Antonia are so responsive and kind, they made our stay what it was. Lots of recommendations & so kind, booking us taxis back to the airport.
