Stunning apartment with 2 great sized bedrooms (joy) and lovely deep (1.7M) plunge pool. Main pool was quiet and also deep (1.8m) with no shallow end. A car is very useful and there is great food near (10-15 mins) if you ignore the nasty tourist neon strip near the beach.

Absolutely in love with Elios Hill! The moment we walked in, we felt like wow, it is going to be a great holiday. And it was. The hotel is new, very clean, tasteful and just well planned. Buffee has many options and it is not the same every day. Many attractions outside and inside (also for kids and teenagers). Staff - AMAZING! This is the place to go when you are travelling with family, because the staff is super child friendly. I did not meet anyone who didn’t say hi with a smile on their face (cleaning ladies, buffee personnel, administration, people working at the kids club, etc).

A wonderful place, a beautiful and well-maintained hotel with heated pools that were very comfortable even in October. We travel a lot, but this was the first hotel where the staff operated at the highest level. Very caring and attentive. One for all and all for one. A highly cohesive team that the hotel can truly be proud of. Great food and atmosphere. Definitely consider this hotel for your next trip!

Extremely clean, about 30 minutes from Heraklion airport, about 10 minutes from the beach. Nearby supermarkets ( including Lidl) about 10-15 minute drive . The place has a hot tub outside through French doors ( these have a mosquito netting frame), AC, and a very large and very useful ceiling fan ( with light, remote controlled). We used mostly the fan as it does create a very nice breeze / cooling effect ( set on timer night time for 4h- perfect for a relaxing sleep) . Near the hot tub / jacuzzi there is table with chairs and a parasol , plus a wall mounted foldable Brabantia cloth airer. 2 sunbeds are also there for your use. Privacy opaque glass wall between rooms at the hot tub area . To mention, the French doors have a sensor for the AC, so if you open the doors, the AC will stop. The room has a nice, large TV ( Toshiba smart TV) that sits flat against the ceiling, and a remote control will activate a motorised system to lower it at the angle that you want for best viewing experience. It has 2 HDMI slots empty if you want to bring your own fireTv stick ( you may need a 2m extension lead to power it though). The room has also an under the top fridge ( enough for 2 people), a coffee machine ( works with ground coffee only), an air-fryer, and an electric induction plate ( hidden in the cupboard). It has a small worktop for preparing coffee and meals with a sink for dishwashing. A table with chairs sits under the TV - enough for two people. The bed is large ( queen/ king size) and very comfortable. Separate toilet with mini shower for washing your back ( due to local laws, you are not allowed to put the toilet paper down the toilet - a small bin is provided for that). The shower is sort of walk-in /wet room with a privacy door, good water pressure. In between the shower room and the toilet there is a nice, large space with a big mirror and sink( with storage drawers underneath). The entire place exults great care in decoration and great taste.

A comfortable house, well equipped with everything you need. George - our host - was very kind and always ready to help us with everything we needed. (He also facilitated our transfer to and from the airport). The air conditioning worked very well and cooled the house; the bed linen was very clean. So were the towels! George made sure that we had water, juice, beer in the fridge when we arrived. I recommend the house for a vacation!

Our stay was amazing! first we were upgraded to a room with a shared pool that was so much fun! its basicly like a private pool (5 rooms shared) but big not like the tiny private pools you get for one room. the hotel is perfect for relaxing, pool is great, the cleanless is top!! sparkling everywhere. breakfest was perfect. as Kosher keeping jews we had a great selection of raw fruits and veggies, coffee, juice . id defeinetly go there again. and its 10 minute drive from the only Kosher restaurant in Crete (yamanis)

The balcony was gorgeous! So spacious inside and out for 4 people, we were at the back unit but could see the ocean from the sides. It would be incredible to be in one of the front units! There were a couple beers, and a small bottle of wine along with apples waiting for us which was such a kind touch. The facilities were amazing, lovely bathroom & aircon rooms. Caterina and Antonia are so responsive and kind, they made our stay what it was. Lots of recommendations & so kind, booking us taxis back to the airport.
