I have never experienced such polite, helpful, kind, attentive staff in my life. This was by far one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Everyone went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Special mentions to Maria, another Maria, Emilia, Marinos, and Alexis. There was another beautiful girl who I’ve forgotten the name of, but all so helpful and kind.

A very stylish 5 star hotel. Staff were both discrete and courteous. Facilities were exceptional. the breakfast buffet was one of the most extensive we have experienced. Fpr example - we asked where the honey was located and we were taken to a whole block of honeycomb dripping with goodness and 3 separate types of honey - oak, pine and flower. The lobster dinner at the fine dining ‘Melia’ restaurant afloat the decking over the pool was magical. I rarely review hotels we have visited but this one was worth it

This apartment was exceptionally good value for especially 2 couples as it comfortably sleeps 4 with 2 queen beds. Only one bathroom to share between 2 rooms. Also only one room is air conditioned but door can be left open for second room so cooling is fine from the hallway ac unit.

Food ( This was one of the biggest advantages of this hotel. Good quality, plenty of choices, we didn't even consider to go eat outside the resort which doesn't happen often) Location (brick view to the sea, right next to the beach, close to the main city Zakynthos) Stuff/hospitality ( very welcoming people especially in the restaurant and at the bars. The property is really beautiful, big rooms, nice living area, excellent terrace with jacuzzi and obviously realy beautiful sea view. Really clean and comfortable! Cristina, the property manager is realy nice, helpful, hard working. She tried to make us fell like we are home. Congrats for this magnificent property

This place is beautiful and luxurious. Right down to the furniture and decor everything was immaculate. We had a room with a private pool which was a lovely size and totally romantic, I would definitely recommend getting the private pool it was so worth the extra cost. It was like paradise enjoying a relaxing week here, so many double sun beds which I love so you never have to fight for one. Perfect mix of sexy pool and beach. The staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough. The cocktails were well made and the food was delicious.

Apon arrival the check in was a little bit late, but we got an upgrade to a room with private pool and a bottle of wine! The view was amazing and it made our stay even better. The room was very spacious and clean. We had a bathtub and separate shower. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is nice, but nothing too special. The location is a bit far from shops, but there are a few restaurants in the area walking distance.
