I can only say that our stay was exceptional. I highly recommend the apartment on the ground floor for people travelling with kids: spacious, bright, direct access to the pool. The owner will do everything to make your stay easy and comfortable! We were provided with a travel cot and a baby chair. Kitchen is well equipped, rooms can get fully dark even during the day, and all doors are new - these are all small elements that make a huge difference when travelling with a baby!! Breakfast is rich in selection and coffee/orange juice is fresh. We can’t wait to come back to Crete and to this property!

Amazing service They offered to dry our clothes!! There’s a washing machine and they gave us powder!! Didn’t charge for any of that. Very kind people especially Elaine was very kind and helpful The hotel itself was very good also- good amenities Breakfast was good, made hot drinks with alternative drinks. This place is definitely at least 4 star and will soon become that, if not 5 star. Really affordable at the moment.

The Jacuzzi was a bonus. The area was really quiet and relaxing, there was also a lovely cat at the property really friendly. The hosts were lovely and always responsive should you need anything. The house was really comfy and with everything you need for cooking, toiletries and of course towers/bathrobes. Was a really good stay, not far from where we leave, so should we need an escape again will 100% rebook.

Everything except that it was too far from shopping. The food was excellent, the staff was great, the rooms clean.. The swimming pool was super. I have never seen sure a huge pool! Everything I see now doesn't measure up to the Euphoria Resort. They Are G R E A T!!

The property is super clean, beautifully kept, great rooms, a nice bar, two lovely pools and across the road to a beach. The staff are wonderful particularly the reception lady who was genuinely interested in your experience and fantastic at making your stay the best. It was my first solo holiday and I booked it by accident. What a Great accident! This trip has given me back the confidence to travel alone. The hotel is geared towards giving you the choice of making friends or enjoying your own company. The people were lovely and I ended up going on a great trip with them. There is a mixture of ages but of course its luck so just go with an open mind as I did. As someone who travels a lot alone but never to a solo hotel it was brilliant to be around like minded people who you could go places with. It’s a little outside of the town which was not a problem at all as it’s a short bus ride anywhere. There is a reason so many people go back and I definitely will as well!!! If you go with an open mind you will have a fantastic time!!!

I had a fantastic holiday at the hotel despite the anticyclone that is unusual. The staff was excellent and the General Manager Mr. Kantaras Argirios was very helpful, he tried to meet any requests. In the formula "all inclusive" everything: drinks and water were included. The food was delicious and varied from the Greek specialities to international recipes. I was really satisfied.

Great experience! The room is very clean and nicely decorated and cleaned regularly every day, the hosts are very friendly, always helpful. Good starting point for exploring the island, large parking space, elevator in the building, next to the apartment you have everything: a shop, a gas station, a tavern.
