Very nice place, very good local food and drinks at the open bar, two pools where You can swim or just chill :) Close to the shore, very nice spot to see the sunrise near the hotel. Really nice people, they treat You like a friend or family and help if You need anything. Good spot to travel further west or south on Crete, close enough to airport and Chania city. Definitely going there again! :D

The personal touch added by Mary, she’s so welcoming and an amazing cook! The pool and lounge area is also so relaxing and calming. Stelios is also extremely helpful, although we never met him, anything we needed he responded via WhatsApp very fast!

Everything except that it was too far from shopping. The food was excellent, the staff was great, the rooms clean.. The swimming pool was super. I have never seen sure a huge pool! Everything I see now doesn't measure up to the Euphoria Resort. They Are G R E A T!!

The facilities, the services and above all, the personnel, made our stay one of the most amazing experiences when it comes to summer vacation! The accommodation itself is great. It's very modern and has everything you need. The cleaning staff is friendly and does an excellent job in keeping the room spotless clean. The location is perfect as well. There is a nice sandy beach next to the suites with free sunbeds for Ostrakon guests. In addition, there are restaurants, a supermarket, an ATM, free parking (for guests), and a bus stop all just around the corner. Furthermore, Maria is an amazing hostess. She is always available for questions or requests, and is willing to go the extra mile for her guests. She is very knowledgeable about the area as well. Whether it's restaurants, bars, hikes or beaches, she knows the best spots on the island. All in all, it's one of the best accommodations I have ever stayed at and I would definitely recommend it to others.

    The room is very spacious and newly renovated. It is clean with 2 balconies and we loved the jacuzzi on the roof, we were mostly alone there with no other people besides us. We loved how colorful the whole place was. The bus stop is very near where you can get a bus directly to Chania that comes every 20 min so the place is very well connected. There are also a lot of restaurants nearby and also a beach.
