The property is super clean, beautifully kept, great rooms, a nice bar, two lovely pools and across the road to a beach. The staff are wonderful particularly the reception lady who was genuinely interested in your experience and fantastic at making your stay the best. It was my first solo holiday and I booked it by accident. What a Great accident! This trip has given me back the confidence to travel alone. The hotel is geared towards giving you the choice of making friends or enjoying your own company. The people were lovely and I ended up going on a great trip with them. There is a mixture of ages but of course its luck so just go with an open mind as I did. As someone who travels a lot alone but never to a solo hotel it was brilliant to be around like minded people who you could go places with. It’s a little outside of the town which was not a problem at all as it’s a short bus ride anywhere. There is a reason so many people go back and I definitely will as well!!! If you go with an open mind you will have a fantastic time!!!

Our reservation is not defined by the reviews, that's why we don't do reviews! But here we have to! It is a hospitality that exceeds all expectations! We did not feel unwelcome or uncomfortable for a single moment. all were made with so much love and attention that nothing deprives the joy of the calmness of the relaxation of the beauty! We stayed 20 days in Crete, the hospitality we experienced here was nowhere to be found to such an extent, nor the balance of materials and the authentic traditional architecture and decoration! Extending our stay was an unexpected gift that we give to us! Our return is a promise to ourselves! Staying at Sclopa Laographico is an experience of a lifetime! Thank you Marie! Thanks for all !!

We will definitely come back! The staff was so incredibly hospitable and accommodating. The beach was very nice and there was always room for the hotel guests. Everyone was incredibly nice. They were always taking the extra mile to ensure a good stay. For example, we had a room with a small kitchen and had wine one night and the cleaning lady even cleaned our glasses next day. The room was very spacious. It is amazing that the hotel has a beach and a restaurant. There is also a water sport station at the beach so you can try various water sports as well. You wake up and walk for 2 mins and have a great espresso freddo by the sea and then take a dip and order an amazing Cretan breakfast. I miss this already!

We can´t recommend Cretan Dream Resort and Spa highly enough. We have stayed in many 4 and 5 stars hotels all over the world and this is our best experience! The manager and all of the staff are the most precious gems of the hotel. They did absolutely everything for us! You feel like you are staying with a big Cretan family and they treat you royal. You truly feel that they do care about you, your wellbeeing and how your stay is. Even though we were demanding and difficult guests at times they handled it very professionally and kindly. We are very thankful for that. The food is very good, paired with excellent wines, the pool area is fabulous with great views over the ocean, relaxing and not crowded. In the beautiful spa area we got the best massage ever so we highly recommend having treatments there. In the evenings they sometimes have theme dinners and shows that are fun. We give this hotel six stars of five possible or ten out of ten :). We hope to come back soon and will recommend it to eveyone travelling to Crete.     The room is very spacious and newly renovated. It is clean with 2 balconies and we loved the jacuzzi on the roof, we were mostly alone there with no other people besides us. We loved how colorful the whole place was. The bus stop is very near where you can get a bus directly to Chania that comes every 20 min so the place is very well connected. There are also a lot of restaurants nearby and also a beach.
