The property is super clean, beautifully kept, great rooms, a nice bar, two lovely pools and across the road to a beach. The staff are wonderful particularly the reception lady who was genuinely interested in your experience and fantastic at making your stay the best. It was my first solo holiday and I booked it by accident. What a Great accident! This trip has given me back the confidence to travel alone. The hotel is geared towards giving you the choice of making friends or enjoying your own company. The people were lovely and I ended up going on a great trip with them. There is a mixture of ages but of course its luck so just go with an open mind as I did. As someone who travels a lot alone but never to a solo hotel it was brilliant to be around like minded people who you could go places with. It’s a little outside of the town which was not a problem at all as it’s a short bus ride anywhere. There is a reason so many people go back and I definitely will as well!!! If you go with an open mind you will have a fantastic time!!!

I think this is one of the best place I’ve been. The apartment is very pretty, Maria the lady who welcomed us has been super kind. Every day she offered us something typical from her garden. It was a great pleasure to stay in this location.

The best place I’ve ever stayed. Super stylish renovation, a lot of small important details like Alexa speaker, TV with Netflix, smart joke system, nice coffee cups! Amazing breakfast and just 4 minutes to the see! Highly recommend

Great breakfast and perfect location. Angela was a perfect host enabling us to check in a couple of hours early and more than willing to provide any assistance we needed. Read that some people complained about the noise level however we had no such problems in our suite (Athena Suite) probably because we were situated on the ground floor facing away from the road.

The experience of staying in Minoa Palace resort was simply outstanding! The facilities, the services and above all, the personnel, made our stay one of the most amazing experiences when it comes to summer vacation! We travelled for the first time with our baby which was 8 months old, and they made everything so easy for us, being always there to help us, to find solutions for us, and always with a huge smile on everyone’s face! Everything about this hotel was Fanstatic Very helpful and friendly staff at check in, pool bar and the restaurant. Excellent room. Very well appointed and spotlessly clean. Great pool area with beach chairs, umbrellas and Cabanas Very good quality breakfast buffet and a la carte dinner. Hotel provided us a free room upgrade that was really appreciated Would definitely stay here again.

    The room is very spacious and newly renovated. It is clean with 2 balconies and we loved the jacuzzi on the roof, we were mostly alone there with no other people besides us. We loved how colorful the whole place was. The bus stop is very near where you can get a bus directly to Chania that comes every 20 min so the place is very well connected. There are also a lot of restaurants nearby and also a beach.
