A wonderful house with double bedroom on ground floor with kitchen, dining area and double lounge. An open fireplace with lots of wood. Milk etc in fridge on arrival. There was a shower room with loo and basin on ground floor (especially helpful as my wife is not able bodied and finds stairs difficult) with 2 further double bedrooms and a loo at first floor accessed via a sweet spiral staircase. The owner Roula was prompt with any questions or problems that we had.

Clean, spacious, and quiet two-bedroom apartment with a modern bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is also air conditioning and a TV in each room. It's a 5-minute walk from the Panienki metro station. A grocery store is just around the corner. We had excellent contact with the host. Highly recommended.

The staff from the set up in this boutique hotel were amazing. It was beautifully decorated functional and an easy walk to everything. We got takeaway pizza and watch the sunset over the Colosseum. It was magical. You can buy beautiful wine from the hotel.

The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos. It was very clean, with spotless bedrooms and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was well-maintained, stocked with towels, toothpaste, soap, toothbrushes, shaving kits, and dental kits. The kitchen was also spotless and came with a few drinks in the fridge. Upon arrival, the host greeted me at the door, helped carry our bags upstairs, and showed me how to use everything A coffee shop and restaurant are located downstairs, and staying at the apartment includes a discount at both. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend the apartment.
