Outdoor facilities are amazing, the pool a great relief from the hot weather. Inside the property there's everything you need and more, AC in all rooms which is a must, It's in a great spot too, only possible issue which is out of the host's control and that's the access road. But when following Google maps head for the seafront first and not the first way maps takes you. When you approach the property from the seafront 50m of it is very bumpy and un developed, just take it slow. Natasa who met us at the house on check in and check out was lovely to chat with and left us some lovely fresh fruit and raki, we are already looking at returning next year. Oh and the sunset's are out of this world 🌄

The property is excellently located and is a couple minutes walk from the beach and the shopping/restaurant area. Having the shared pool and spa area was an amazing extra. The balcony has gorgeous views to the sea and mountains and has deck chairs for sunbathing. The kitchen is super well stocked and has a stove and microwave (just couldn’t find a chopping board!). The beds were comfortable and the place was tidied daily. The staff were very sweet and hospitable. The host was hugely helpful and booked us a taxi to Mátala and was very fast at replying. Thank you for the lovely stay!

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away. Every detail in the apartment is beautifully designed for comfort and luxury. Located right in the heart of Kalamaki’s boardwalk, directly on the ocean and surrounded by excellent restaurants, it’s the perfect spot to enjoy the best of the area. The sandy beaches in town and nearby are absolutely stunning. From the living room and bedroom, you can enjoy breathtaking sea views, and the spacious balcony with its jacuzzi overlooking the water is pure bliss. The hosts were exceptionally kind, ensuring we had everything we needed and offering great tips on where to eat and what to see. We didn’t want to leave — can’t wait to return!"

We were the first guests in the villa. The location on the hill enables to watch magnificent sunsets. Laying by the pool you are overlooking the Kalamaki village, watching the beautiful sea views and rural landscape at the same time. 1M$ view as they say. In the villa there is everything you need on the spot, all kitchenware and dishes - fully equipped kitchen. There is also washing machine and dryer. There are 2 bedrooms each on different side of the villa, so it is perfect for 2 couples or for families with teenagers. Beds are comfortable with many pillows and white bedlinen. Each bedroom has their own toilet and sower. Everything is nicely decorated very clean and modern, the real condition of villa is even nicer than on the pictures. The owner is super friendly and very helpful. We would definitely come back here, already shared this spot with our friends. Nearby there is Matala beach with the famous caves, Kalamaki beach is 3 min drive with the car and a bit nicer beach Kommos beach is 10 min drive. Definitely recommend to stay on this villa. Thank you for hosting us.

Very friendly and helpful owners and staff. On site parking. Perfect location for everything in the village. Swimming pool and sun bathing area. Gorgeous apartment: clean, spacious with our own large patio that had a lemon tree for fruit and shade as well as a table and cooking facilities. Room serviced every day.
