We liked the location, how clean the hotel is, the quality and quantity of breakfast and mostly the friendly staff. After a long trip from London to Thessaloniki with my daughter who is 8 months old, Akis who was the receptionist the night we arrived, welcomed us and was extremely helpful with proving us a cot, even if we didn't book it. We also met Froso during breakfast who was a lovely smiling lady.

Fantastic 5 star plus experience. Staff were fantastic. They did everything to make our stay exceptional. Pool area was spotless with plenty of sun-beds. We were given a free upgrade to a suite overlooking the lovely gardens. Transfers to both centre and airport were complimentary making travel very easy. City centre is around 30 minutes away.

The staff outshines the ornate decor and chandeliers at the Wellness Santa Hotel and that is why they got a 10-star rating from me. Though the decor isn't my style, the conscientiousness of the staff and the peaceful atmosphere would be my main reasons to return.
