in a wonderful atmosphere, with kind and professional staff, the best place to recharge your batteries. Not crowded at the pool, there were always free deckchairs. The reception was very helpful. They helped with booking boat trips and car rental. The rooms were spacious and clean. We had an extremely good time.

1. The breakfast has plenty of options for all the tastes. One of the best we've found out there. 2. The room was very comfy with enough space for a couple. 3. The pool is amazingly beautiful with a good structure around it. It even has a built-in hydro massage. 4. The location is amazing, and the city center can be reached easily by bike (5 min.) or foot (10 min.). 5. The private beach is located in the another side of the road with a good structure (bar service, shower, etc...) and the beach water is very nice. 6. Finally, the staff of this hotel was very friendly and gentle with us, attending all our expectations and more.

We had a wonderful time at Aegean Houses and will definitely return. Everything about our stay was excellent, there wasn’t a single thing we didn’t enjoy. There are rooms with private pools which is very good for the kids. The beach is just a short walk away, with plenty of options for sunbeds. You can either rent them directly or enjoy free use at the beach clubs when you order food and drinks. The hotel’s restaurant is also reasonably priced, and the food quality is very good. We originally booked for one night due to limited availability, but we enjoyed it so much that we came back the next day and extended our holiday for three more nights. We truly wanted to spend more time in Kos, and especially at Aegean Houses.

This hotel has everything you need for perfect and relaxed vacation. We got upgrade to executive room with beautiful view and it really enhanced our stay - next time we would definitely book that room type. Pools are amazing, food is good, staff is very kind and polite, we felt very welcomed. If you have small children, there are two great playgrounds in this resort, our little girl really enjoyed. Hotel also has nice, mostly sandy beach, so you actually don't have to even leave the resort during your stay if you don't want to.

The facilities were exceptional and spotless, more that what we expected. The attention to detail was excellent and everything was what you would expect from a 5 star property.The hosts Aphrodite and Vasilis went over and above to ensure our stay was a memorable one. We booked this hotel last minute to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary, as the wedding we were supposed to be attending was called off! As parents of four children it has been a long time since we went anywhere focused on us rather than them, and we couldn’t believe how fabulous this hotel was. For the whole four days I never got bored of enjoying the pool area, it is absolutely stunning. The sunbeds are beyond comfortable. The complementary wellness classes are expertly led. The cocktails are wonderful. The staff are kind and helpful. Our balcony looked out over fields and hills and was fabulous at sunset. The ice bath is a brilliant touch! It is also in a great location, walkable to the beach and town.
