Absolutely ADORED the Mansio!! Personalized reach out from staff on WhatsApp prior to checking in. Friendly welcome, even after check in hours. Loved the scents chosen, even as we walked into the place and especially the quality of the scents and products in the bathroom! (I’m literally trying to source them so I can enjoy at home!!). Our kids adored the breakfast buffet and the location, walking out to the central square was just so special!!!

We enjoyed very much our stay. Breakfast were very generous and delicious, highly recommended. Hosts were welcoming, very friendly and always helping us whenever we were in need - thank you again, we felt like at home :)! House and garden are beautiful, property is in calm area - perfect place to relax! With our suite and private terrace we also felt we have lots of privacy. We also were surprised by the basket with food gifts at the arrival with delicious fruits, wine and snacks. We hope to come back in the future :)

I’m so glad I chose this hotel for my stay in Rethmyno! The historic property has been wonderfully and thoughtfully adapted for modern use, but with many remaining historic details. (Thank you to the owner for his care with this structure!) But the staff is what really makes this property stand out! Communication was excellent before I arrived, then both front desk staff were so welcoming and helpful during my stay. My bed was comfortable, lots of hot water and good pressure in the shower, AND this was one of the rare places on my trip that proved larger coffee cups and creamer! A nice place to relax and rest! The property is in a great location to explore old town, but within reasonable walking distance from the beach as well. There are many good restaurants and bars in the area, and you are never far from the sea. And it’s only about an 8 minute walk from the bus station. I highly recommend Neratze Hammam Suites, and would certainly stay there again. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful hotel right on the sea. The staff was so welcoming from the first moment, serving ice tea during checkin. The room was great- plush towels, very spacious, good amenities, complimentary wine and water. The private beach across the street is amazing and the true highlight for me!! You can reserve in advance a chosen luxurious sunbed (no fee for hotel guests) and there is a great selection of food and drinks (made at the hotel) that can be brought to you throughout the day. The hotel breakfast is really fantastic and having drinks watching the sunset is a great evening.

    Beautiful rooms, awesome to have the outdoor jacuzzis, we spent almost all of our time in Rethymno out on the terrace just relaxing to the sounds of the ocean. It was gorgeous and there are so many exquisite details. Breakfast was also fantastic with tons of choices for all tasted and more than enough food to cover both breakfast and lunch - we weren’t hungry again until dinner!

    One word: Amazing ! Very well located, you Will be in the heart of Rethymnon old town. The appartment we took had a Jacuzzi in the terrasse, nothing better to relax after a day under the sun. Thank you for all the gifts; we had enough to have breakfast, to have a drink before diner or after :) wine, local products, amazing bathing products. Again; thank you for this amazing stay ❤️

    The king suite with the hot tub is a really lovely space - big, bright and roomy, great location in the old town only a few minutes walk from the little streets with restaurants (highly recommend Avli) but far enough out that you feel like you can get away and relax. Also lovely views of the harbour, but don’t eat there - food is mediocre and expensive! You also get treats left for you in the fridge and fresh fruit etc which is a nice touch and they let us stay a bit longer as we had a late flight, which was very kind and much appreciated.
