From the first moment I came to this location was amazing. The view is incredible, the people are very warm and friendly, they know how to make you feel welcome, they smile all the time and make you feel comfortable. I stayed in executive suite and everything was great, the room is very spacious, clean and ultra modern technology. The bed is very large and comfortable. The place is perfect when you want to disconnect and recharge. Breakfast was delicious, they spoil you and surprise you every morning in a beautiful atmosphere with an incredible view. Thank you again for this wonderful experience.

One of the most beautiful places that I have ever seen during our holidays: the view over the Athos mountain, the position of the house and it's beautiful garden, the terraces along the house, the outside shower and the night lights highlighting the houses surroundings even during the night.

The location in front of the sea. Just outside the center of Sarti (1.5km), a pleasant walk by the beach. With a nice beach and beach bar. The view from our balcony was the sea and the village of Sarti, despite the fact that it was on the side.

One of the most beautiful places we’ve ever visited! The house is modern, spacious, and very comfortable, with a breathtaking view of the sea and Mount Athos, which you can enjoy right from the pool. The surroundings are peaceful and there’s a beautiful sandy beach just a few steps away. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming – they greeted us with a smile and even treated us to delicious homemade pastries. The whole stay had a special atmosphere of peace and relaxation. The accommodation can fulfil a family of 5 or 5 friends needs, one double bed and single on a mezzanine and a bulk 2 beds at the ground floor. Shower room, toilet on ground floor + toilet on the mezzanine. Fully functioning in all aspects. Induction cooker, filter coffee machine, toaster, a few pans... 2 TVs one huge and smart on ground floor, comfy sofa. Maria, Kostas and the mother were super kind and helped us in any possible way. Sadly we stayed only one night here but other comments / reviews are talking about construction site, sorroundings not finished etc. In reality this location is in last stage of renovation and it looks like they could be finished soon. Rooms are really nice, brand new + we received a bottle of wine as a welcome, which was nice gesture. They also have a pool outside and we loved it - everything looks new. Location of this place is perfect, close to the Sarti, Toroni and all other beaches in the middle. Since we were exploring beaches each day somewhere, this place really gave us good starting point. All of us kind of regreted that we didnt stayed longer here.

Excellent Luxury villa into the middle of the nature and quite. The city of N.Marmaras was 3minutes by free bucycles of the villa! The sea for swimming was right in front of us. The view of the sea from the villas amazing, especially in the afternoon. Because we went in September, our private pool as well as the jacuzzi were all warm and heated. We had private parking too with an EV charger for our electric car! Everything was great. We had the possibility to order breakfast from the bakery close to us every morning with delivery to our villa. The manager of the villas was very polite and helpful. Although there were 2 villas, we had absolute privacy with trees between the villas, and we had exclusive use of our garden with living room, bicycles, pool, jacuzzi, gym. The inside of villa was absolutely great with everything you need to stay. Luxury rooms. Smart Tv's everywhere and very high speed wifi!!!!! We highly recommend these villas. We will definitely go again.

We have had the opportunity to stay in a variety of accommodation over the past few years, but none have matched the exceptional experience we had at this establishment. The location is superb, offering breathtaking views. The mattress and bed are ergonomically designed for optimal comfort, while the breakfast is a highlight, prepared with great care by the hosts. We highly recommend this accommodation and rate it 10/10.
