This is a DREAM location. The view is absolutely fantastic. Fantastic privacy. Your own swimming pool facing the kite surfers golf. Giannis welcomes you with the best natural and bio products. He surprised us for several times during our stay with the best figs and prickly pears (opuntia cactus fruits) from his own garden. And cookies. And olive oil. And orange juice. And some ice cold beers in the fridge. And orange jam and fresh bread. And...I am sure I forgot many other products. From your own jacuzzi and/or swimming pool you can contemplate the Kouremenos beach and valley while planning your next day trips. I repeat because also for us was not 100% clear until we arrived: you park your car, close the gate and you have everything only for you. One conclusion: FA-BU-LOUS!

The apartment is amazing. Exceptionally clean and comfortable for our large family of 6. Our kids loved the gorgeous loft upstairs. The shower was spacious and plenty hot water. The kitchen had everything you needed. The beds were very comfortable. It was a fantastic Kia toon only steps to the main centre and Nikos our host was very helpful and assisted with anything we required. We had fruit and cold water in the fridge on our arrival. I highly recommend this apartment and if we ever come back to Sitia will definitely stay here again.

Arrived at our apartment in Sitia and the owner Nektarios met us on the street and insisted on carrying all our bags inside. Upon entering we could see the building had many impressive architectural details. Being one of the few apartment buildings with a lift we went to the third floor, the owner showed us the door security. As we walked inside it became apparent that this was a 5 star plus apartment. Stylish Italian furniture German appliances, a heated spa that could seat 10 persons, a sauna and a hydro style massage shower. Large rooms and large balconies. Flat screen tv and blue tooth devices connected to ceiling speakers and more. The location is minutes from the town centre, from the water and from the beach. Breakfast was far too much for us to eat but a variety of choices delivered to our door every morning. We have been travelling for 35 years and have travelled to Greece 15 times and this was the best apartment we have ever encountered and the owner Nektarios is number 1. He is very proud of his apartments and much of the work he has designed and installed himself with perfection. A true gentleman and perfect host.

Maria and her husband are incredible helpful and nice people. Hospitality is at the highest possible level - Maria even has prepared dinners for us! The apartment is fantastic and there is a small pool and sauna inside. It's located 1-2 minutes from the beach :). It's really worth to visit the Crete and go to this place :).

The apartment is really well decorated and furnished. It has everything you might need and more. A big plus is it has free parking space. But what made it an exceptional stay was the hospitality, which is one of a kind. It felt like we were visiting family- Polydoros, his lovely family and their pets know how to balance the attention and they respect their guests very much. Polydoros and his lovely mother were always accessible and checking how our experience was but they were never overwhelming. We were looking for a relaxing week where we escaped from hectic work life and Bella Mare provided exactly that. Polydoros‘s detailed suggestions list also really helped us because we didn’t have to sift through social media suggestions. We chose an option from his list based on how we were feeling for the day- and they did not disappoint. Overall, the hosts love their home and their town; they do their best to help you experience from their eyes.
