Amazing view to the lake and the nearby volcanos. Super calm big garden, very natural environment. The staff was helpful. Easy and cheap access to the centre and the port with tuktuk.

Amazing location with absolutely killer views. Surrounded by lush trees and flowers. Abundant birds and butterflies. Five minutes walk to the Nature Reserve (in one direction) and to a good restaurant (with the same amazing view) in the other direction. Lovely staff. Architecturally interesting. Delicious breakfast served with a view like no other! Real personality in every way. If you enjoy staying in a nature paradise, this place just might be for you.

Pretty garden, great outside balcony for my room. A shower that worked really well. Nice and quiet even though it's close to the centre of Pana. They were even able to store my bag for the weekend. Had a chap get up at 5 to see me off on my shuttle!

Super friendly helpful staff, gorgous scenery at the lake, very comfortable rooms. We had a large Junor Suite with chimney and this perfect to relax during rain periods. The restaurant is fantastic with delicious food.

What a fabulous stay! We absolutely loved our experience here and after doing a lot of research believe it may be the nicest property on the entire lake. Facilities were beautiful with stunning views from the rooms and infinity pool. Staff were world-class, always smiling, energetic, friendly, and ready to say yes. They truly went above and beyond. Bartender Cristian is the best! Our upgraded room was spectacular and newly remodeled with a beautiful tub overlooking the lake. Breakfast, dinner, and drinks at the pool bar were all excellent. The hotel also arranged for a great couples massage, laundry service, and a private boat tour of the lake. Thanks so much and we will be back!!

Lovely lodge near Santa Cruz, the Transportation from the dock to the lodge worked flawless. The staff is very friendly, helpful and fast (thanks again to Viandy, who did an amazing job and also booked for us the transportation from Gua city to the dock and back). We also enjoyed the free SUPs and Kayak. The vegan restaurant was amazing. We had the Thanksgiving dinner and some breakfasts and they tasted delicious. All in all it's an amazing location, very quiet and we really enjoyed it.

This hotel is absolutely incredible. We felt like we were in a 5 star not a 3 star hotel. The staff are the loveliest & most helpful people and from start to finish our stay was magical. We will definitely remember it forever it’s a beautiful authentic place with modern facilities, elite attention to detail .. the food is also amazing and a we were spoilt for choice!
