We loved our stay! We booked two double rooms with partial harbor view. At check in they gave us two connecting rooms in that category seeing that we were a family. We really appreciated that. The view was absolutely amazing, the rooms spacious and spotless, the breakfast had many options and was tasty and the staff was helpful and friendly. We loved that we had complimentary minibar in the room and small gifts for Christmas were a nice touch. The location is also great, clean and safe area, lots of good food options just a few steps from the hotel. We really enjoyed everything about our stay and would definitely stay here again when in HK.

Andie Cheung, Front desk manager, enabled a quick and pleasant check in. Upon request, Andie converted a King bed into 2 beds. Very professional. Wilson greeted me at the airport. I knew my stay would be a pleasant one after meeting up with Wilson. Warm welcoming. Jimmy, the driver, brought me to the hotel in a clean car providing water route. it was a plodrive from the airport to the hotel.

Location was a short taxi from the harbour front as we were staying for the Clockenflap festival. The mall below was wonderful. We spent a lot of time shopping and eating at the restaurants there. We also enjoyed some time resting by the pool and in the hot tub after checking out. The breakfast restaurant was really nice, we enjoyed our meal there.
