Absolutely perfect in every way — this penthouse exceeded all expectations and truly felt like a dream getaway. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the quality and attention to detail in this brand-new property. You enter the apartment via your own private elevator with a secure pin code that leads exclusively to your penthouse — a touch of luxury that sets the tone for the rest of your stay. Inside, everything has been thoughtfully designed. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The living room is stylish and cozy, with a plush sofa and the softest cushions that make relaxing effortless. The bedroom is stunning — beautifully decorated with a bed so comfortable, we had some of the best sleep we’ve had in ages. There are two sleek, modern bathrooms, both offering a spa-like experience. Fresh towels are provided, including large beach towels, so you’re all set from the start. But what truly sets this place apart are the three private balconies — each offering a different experience and level of privacy. One balcony became our favourite spot for evening drinks, where we watched the most breathtaking sunsets every night. It honestly felt like our own private sunset show, perfectly paired with music and a glass of wine. The highlight, though, was the private hot tub balcony — discreet and serene, with comfortable seating and sun loungers. It’s the ultimate space for unwinding, whether in the morning sun or under the stars. Just two floors below is a quiet swimming pool, which always felt incredibly private and uncrowded — a perfect place for a refreshing dip any time of day. And if you’re craving the sea, the beach is less than a one-minute walk away, easy to reach and fully accessible for anyone who might struggle with longer distances or uneven terrain. My husband myself and our 3-year-old visited this place in May. It was absolutely ideal for our needs. Nice, quiet and with everything and more than we could ask for. There were lovely walks along the beach. After a day or two exploring on foot we started using the bikes to go farther. The sunsets were beautiful. There are a few nice restaurants nearby and thankfully no tourist madness. Just the way we like it. We definitely recommend a nearby restaurant called Konoba Castello. There’s also a great supermarket just a few minutes away called Plodine where we got stunning tuna steaks for our BBQ. At first I thought the sauna and jacuzzi weren’t necessary but I ended up really enjoying the sauna in the evenings and our son loved the jacuzzi during the hot afternoons when it was too warm for the beach. The beach is perfect for kids as it's very shallow for several hundred feet. There are also great snorkeling spots nearby. Especially on the other side of the pier where the boats dock. The accommodation has everything you need: a fully equipped kitchen, a large fridge-freezer for your drinks, air con, board games, a lovely bottle of Prosecco on arrival and a fantastic outdoor terrace with plenty of space to relax in the evenings. There is also a gas BBQ, two paddleboards and two push bikes. It takes about 60 steps to get to the sea. I even tried a bit of fishing. No luck but it was fun. Overall it was a lovely experience. I love places like this that surprise you after a day or two. This place with it´s unspoiled charm and authentic Croatian atmosphere is fantastic. If you’re looking for a quiet place to enjoy quality family time by the unspoiled Croatian seaside this place is definitely for you. We will be coming back.

The perfection of this villa is beyond my plain language to describe.... In addition to the four bedrooms, the spacious living room is connected to the baking room, and there is a jacuzzi outside. The parking space is very spacious, and it is no problem for us to park two cars. The host has a very good taste in decoration, and my wife is very satisfied with the kitchen, which has everything you need. What is particularly commendable is that in addition to a variety of seasonings, the hostess has kept squid, apple juice, and milk in the refrigerator. We also found rice, I don't know if it was prepared for us because we come from the East. We are very cheeky to try them all, with the perfect kitchen to support, the dinner that day can be called perfect. In fact, we decided to stop in Zadar on a whim, so it is beyond imagination to find such a perfect villa. Of course, under such circumstances, cannot ask oo much for a short distance to downtown. Fortunately, parking in Zadar is very convenient (there are many theoretically free), so commuting from the villa to Zadar is not a problem.
