An excellent checkin process, with the guided tour of the site by the reception staff. The apartment was very comfortable, with a very good bed as well. We had a balcony too. The wellness section was amazing, including the jacuzzi. We also had access to complimentary bicycles to use, which made exploring the area great. A good, solid breakfast as well. 10/10.

We stay for 4 nights. The property has good location with parking. In property 2 separate rooms so if you with kids it is really comfort. The garden is amazing with trampoline and small house for play. The kitchen is fully accessorized. Also small gift as a chocolate from owner was very cute. Also two different kind of soup and delicious desserts are available every day. Foods are tasty and fresh. Extra point the carvery serving, so you can try anything what you like. We loved the little playroom where you can play billiards darts soccer game and xbox too. The Hotel also have a little spa is located on the top floor. There you can enjoy a jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish bath no matter how is the weather outside. The location also great only a few minutes walk from the lake and promenade.

    When we made the reservation, we relied on the many positive reviews of the hotel and assumed a higher price for the 2-day stay. We only wanted to relax. We liked the meal (both breakfast and dinner were ok, with varied options). The spa was also ok. Comfortable bed. The elephant figurine concept is really cute and I think it's a great thing for kids. Free parking is also a plus for hotel guests.

    We booked the upstairs and ground floor apartments, and they both were perfect for our needs. Both apartment had a bed room, bathroom, kitchen and living room. The garden was beautiful, and we really enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi.

    The location is all right, the main square and the railway/coach station are both reachable with a 10-min walk. There is some noise from the traffic, but it's not disturbing at night. The breakfast is great, varied and good quality. The wellness area is superb too, it is pretty spacious and has a lot of facilities (steam bath, saunas, jacuzzi). Very friendly and helpful staff.
