We spent 2 nights with 5 grandchildren. They enjoyed the food, especially the ice cream part:))), the playground inside and outside. The biggest attractions for the kids were the slides, however the whole set up is really a dreamland for little ones from 1-6 year old. Everything is well designed for a perfect vacation for the whole family. The food is excellent, we appreciated that the dinner was available until 9:30. It was already our second visit, we'll go again. Thank you for the staff for their friendly relationship to the kids, it is excepcionel.

We had a wonderful stay at Balaland Residence. The apartment was very clean, with all appliances. The lakeside seating area (beach) and the water activities were super fun, and the staff was really attentive and friendly. The property is also very well located near the ferry to Tihany (for a few hours in town) and there are a number of dining options a short walk or drive away - although we found that the quality of the food and service at the Mangoo beach bar was best to be honest. We have the property in our plans for next summer for sure!

The apartment is modern, very well equipped, comfortable. Our host, Istvan and his wife were very kind and attentive, explained everything in detail. There was even fresh flower in the room as a gesture. An absolute highlight is the protected (glass wall and sunshade) terrace with direct access to the community garden and beach. There were two assigned sun loungers with umbrella with the apartment and we even had a SUP to enjoy during our stay. The place is incredibly calm, not many people around, and the Beach Bar next door offers excellent drinks and meals if you don’t feel like cooking. Perfect spot for a quiet, seamless, joyful vacation. Highly recommended, we will be happy to come back any time.

We've been here a couple of times now and everything about the panzio is fantastic from its private quiet and serene waterfront location, the one of a kind massive jacuzzi in the garden, to the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Pure zen. We will surely return! :)

The staff was nice and helpful, the rooms were comfortable, and had everything in a very high quality what is necessary in a hotel room. We had a very delicious dinner in the restaurant, the food was very tasty. I must mention the wellness area, where we spent a very nice time. The sauna sessions were outstanding, but the spa area had everything you could imagine in a place like this.

    Absolutely amazing place. My wife and son loved it. Spacious deluxe apartment with kitchen, 3 tv-s, and a bunk bed for kids. Amazing view of the lake from the windows and the private terrace. Great selection of food for breakfast and dinner. The water park, playground, playrooms are really entertaining for kids. We even took the small train that goes around in the garden of the hotel.

    The bathroom has great shower pressure and a clogged drain that doesn't work well, a well-equipped kitchen with stinking cutting boards, a luxurious bed with the hardest possible mattress and a strong smell of fabric softener.
