We stayed at the villa’s ayana and all was like in a dream ! We had butlers and all was well explained. We could enjoy the pools and the activities the resort had :) It s for sure the best hotel I went. If we come once more in Bali, we probably willl stay there.

I loved staying at this hotel! If you want a quieter place to stay that pampers you and helps you to relax then this is the place. The staff were amazing, the design of the hotel and its grounds, the food, the spa, the positioning on the beach .....I did not want to leave!

We had a wonderful time at Platinum Hotel Jimbaran. The breakfasts were excellent with a wide choice of delicious food. The location is perfect, close to the beach and easy to reach from the airport. The hotel has a very pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. The pool is beautiful, and there’s also a second pool surrounded by green plants in the inner courtyard — very peaceful and nice. There’s a kids’ playroom too, which was great for our family. The food at the restaurant was tasty, and the staff were friendly and always helpful. Our room was fresh and clean, with a beautiful view — just a really nice and comfortable place to stay. Housekeeping cleaned every day, and everything was always neat and tidy. Highly recommended!

Hotel is close to the airport so it's perfect for an overnight transit. Short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants close by. Rooms are immaculate and the pool area is lovely and well kept. Staff were wonderful, always smiling and happy to help with anything. We had a very early flight the following morning and they helped with a breakfast to travel with plus a transfer back to the airport. It was a short stay for us but we will definitely be back for longer.
