Amazing views of rice paddies, the sea, Mt Agung, SUNRISE! The staff are wonderful - welcoming, caring, & chatty - especially Arice. A good breakfast & I appreciated their willingness to have a late breakfast The rooms are very spacious, light & give a sense of luxury. Great spa bath.

I had booked 1 night… and I ended up staying 10 days! Almost everything is said with this sentence. I loved my stay at Villa Casablanca Surf Keramas. After staying in several hotels in Indonesia, I felt at home here. A family atmosphere reigns in the hotel, the staff is incredibly friendly and very available when needed. The rooms are comfortable, bright, the bedding is good quality, the bathroom is large (the shower pressure is great! And the water is hot!). The swimming pool and the area around it are also very pleasant. I really had a quality stay, if I return to Keramas I will definitely stay here again. I would like to thank all the staff for making my stay so perfect. A very big THANK YOU to: Anies, what a professional!, she manages a lot of things but she always remains available, so friendly and delicate to help us whatever the request; to Pitri, Nia, Kadek, Gusti, Gede, Ngurah… (I am sorry if I do mistakes in writing the first names and if I forget any) whether for the preparation of the excellent breakfast that I had every morning (best time of the day!), for their delicacy in the service in the restaurant, for taking care of my room by cleaning it, for helping me carry my suitcases… a big thank you to all. Would not change a thing! See you soon!

Very clean, beautifully kept property with lots of different spaces to lounge around. The rooms were very clean with a very comfortable bed! Saba is a very quiet area but there are many small shops around to get the essentials in walking distance. The staff were so sweet! And the breakfast was great! Definitely a must stay for a quiet relaxation away from the busy cities.

A really peaceful stay, the villa was clean and modern. I was solo travelling and made to feel really comfortable, but the size is also perfect for 2 people. Only a short Grab taxi away from the centre, but if you choose to stay in, you can log into Netflix, disney, or Prime and feel at home. I would definitely stay here again

The rooms are beautifully appointed, combining traditional Balinese design with modern comfort. I stayed in a suite overlooking the gardens, and every morning I woke up to birdsong. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom luxurious. One of the highlights of my stay was the infinity pool, surrounded by palm trees and open sky—it was pure bliss. Dining at the resort's restaurant was a daily delight. The dishes were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, with a menu that blended local flavors with international favorites. Breakfast was generous and varied, with the option to enjoy it poolside or in your room. But what truly sets The Alena Resort apart is the people. The villa is decorated by pieces of artwork from host’s own art collection and his own paintings inspired by Balinese nature and people. The place is in short walking distance from Pantai Saba, which is still authentic beach with wild nature feel and black sand. Great place for relaxation and long walks. Fantastic spa massage place only 300 m. The host of Villa Koi is very generous, hospitable and inspiring person.
