Such a beautiful spot. The owner is incredibly kind and accommodating, and the view is absolutely stunning — especially at sunrise and sunset. The private pools are amazing, and the warm temperature makes them perfect for a nighttime swim. The rooftop views are excellent for sunset viewing. The family who owns & manages the property go out of their way to ensure you have an enjoyable stay - including a lovely cooked breakfast (with meal and juice choices) and will also cook other meals throughout the day for you- we did not need to leave and had every meal cooked by the family - was lovely. Gede took us on a jeep sunrise tour - very enjoyable. The whole place has a relaxed, peaceful atmosphere and was the ideal spot to unwind. I’d definitely come back.

Incredible views. Super private. Amazing customer service. If you want to experience Mount Batur in privacy, immerse yourself in the nature, this is the place. The property is new, we were second guests. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The road to get there is tricky, but they offer a service to pick you up from the main street and its just a 5min drive. I highly recommend this place for nature lovers and those who want to experience tranquility.

Flies… yes everywhere, but… nothing the accommodation can do something about, it is just a problem of the city because of all the hot springs. And, if you know about it, it cannot be disappointed. This stay was just lovely and it is the moest beautiful place to watch the sunrise out of bed!!

We stayed at this place for two nights in June, and honestly, I hesitated for a long time before booking it, because I had read so many negative reviews. Now I’d like to share my own experience and respond to some of those concerns. 1. Location: Some people said the road to the hotel was terrible and even scary. Here’s what I can say: we had a private driver, not a regular taxi, and the road was asphalted almost the entire way. Even in the rain, it was totally fine. Yes, the last 5 minutes have some steep turns, but nothing extreme — any local driver will manage it easily. And here’s something no one mentioned (but absolutely should have): the hotel provides free shuttle service to and from the main road, where you’ll find supermarkets, cafes, or can just go for a walk. They will drop you off and pick you up whenever it’s convenient for you. That’s an amazing service, and I was really surprised no one had written about it. 2. Insects: Yes, there are insects. But you’re literally in the mountains, surrounded by greenery — what do you expect? That said, small flies (especially during the day) can be annoying, so I highly recommend bringing an insect repellent spray — it’s a must. Also, bring something against mosquitoes. Just keep the windows and curtains closed after sunset, and you’ll be fine. 3. Kitchen: The kitchen was great — you really have everything you need to cook, and we actually did. The hotel provides basic ingredients like oil, jam, bread, eggs, instant noodles, a few sauces, etc. Plus, the store is only 5 minutes away by car, so you can get anything else you need. 4. Shower and Bath: It’s true — you won’t be able to take long, luxurious showers or fill up the bathtub quickly. But there’s enough hot water for a normal shower, and to be honest, I never really felt like using the bathtub anyway. In most places in Indonesia, bathtubs take a while to fill — it’s not unusual. 5.

Tira Vilagna far exceeded my expectations. This is the only hotel I've stayed at in Bali where it was better than the photos and also the only one that I didn't feel guilty about staying at the hotel all day. Amazing. Attention to detail in the design of the hotel is incredible. Lots of private areas to sit and enjoy the view. Yoga area, complimentary afternoon tea, fire pit for the smokers, good restaurant and walking distance to Kintamani cafes where you can enjoy an unobstructed view of Mt. Agung and Mt. Batur.

wonderfull and stylish place in Kintamani, i didn‘t visit the spa but i liked everything there! i stayed for two nights and enjoyed the beautiful landscape and the quiteness after my trip to Ubud. very recomendable and awesome staff aswell! wonderfull place to relax and come down for a while.
