My favourite place I have stayed in Bali. The staff made it exceptional. We had the private hot spring ♨️ the staff had it filled for us after our massage and then also after our Batur hike. The room was clean and cool and had everything we needed. Outside we had an unspoiled view of Mt Abang. At night, the stars were out and we could see the constellations from the hot spring tub too. Breakfast was delicious and we even had a welcome drink on arrival. Plenty of shops, restaurants nearby. We also organised our Mt Batur tour through Ampik and our guide was a local guy who was perfect for us. Thank you, Budi and everyone!

Absolutely amazing stay! The owner is incredibly kind and responsive — truly rare to meet someone so attentive. It’s also almost impossible to find a place in this area where you can order food after 9 PM, but they prepared a full meal for us at 11 PM, and everything was delicious. The rooms are stylish, spotless, and super comfortable, and the property has a spectacular view — waking up to that scenery was unforgettable. On top of that, the owner upgraded our room for free, which was such a pleasant surprise, and even prepared a complimentary homemade breakfast that was absolutely wonderful. I genuinely recommend this place to everyone — great hospitality, great people, and a perfect experience overall!

We stayed here for one night before our Mt. Batur jeep tour, and it was a fantastic choice. Highlights: • 🌄 Location: Only 5 minutes from Mt. Batur, perfect for tours. • 🏞️ Views: Truly stunning, unobstructed panorama of both Mt. Batur and Lake Batur. • 💰 Value: Very reasonably priced, excellent for what you get. • 🤝 Host: Warm, enthusiastic, and genuinely passionate about hospitality. He greeted us personally and was always happy to help—his positive energy made the stay memorable. Overall: Highly recommend staying here for one or two nights if you’re exploring Mt. Batur and its lake. A hidden gem that combines unbeatable views with heartfelt hospitality.

The photos that advertise these parts of the house are really very professionally taken. So you shouldn't set your expectations TOO high. It corresponds absolutely to the facts, not that I hiker is misunderstood. 😉 Only a 9 because a) The apartment was not kept to the high standard, for example there is no option to hang up your clothes b) There is also an increased need for cleaning, especially in the kitchen area c) In my opinion you can't really cook there anyway, there are a lot of things missing d) When it is windy it drafts in the apartment, which I personally (!) found unpleasant. Personally, I also lacked a refrigerator, but I was allowed to used that one from the staff. Thanks for that. 🙂 As I understand, the apartment is powered by spring water, which is of course pretty cool. The breakfast that was delivered was very tasty. And the staff very friendly and helpful.
