Beautiful resort with really kind and helpful staff, family owned and they were happy to help us book all rides and facilitate our Rinjani trek where some of us went for 2D1N and one stayed at resort. Great restaurant. Wish we planned for longer since this area North Lombok was the best place to stay for good diving and nature

This was a magical experience. A trip back in time set amongst antiquities from the Indonesian and Javanese times gone by. The staff were kind, giving, attentive and the GM Mr Faisal spent time sharing the story of Tugu, its history, the family and the construction. He was wonderful and very good at the helm of his staff of 105.

I absolutely loved my stay at this property! The location was perfect—close to major attractions but still peaceful and quiet. The rooms were spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. I also really enjoyed the amenities, and the on-site restaurant, which served delicious meals. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely return.

Wonderful bungalow, we had a view of the ocean. The most comfortable bed in our stay in Indonesia so far, and our bungalow had airconditioning and a large ceiling fan. Outdoor shower and toilet are great, toilet had a hose and also toilet paper. The host was very kind and helpful, and the town center is a 15-20 minute walk away with many small shops closer by.
