Lots of the property is brand new, the reception and bar are gorgeous! Room service was fab as was our evening meal. Staff couldn’t have done any more for us, we came the night after our wedding and they facilitated early check in and gave us a complimentary drink and dessert! Upon arrival we were welcomed with a glass of Prosecco. The room was exceptional. Beautifully decorated with modern bathroom. Extremely comfortable bed. We had half board. The dinner was magnificent and the breakfast superb. Pity our stay was only for one night.

We had a family wedding at The Johnstown Estate. The staff were fantastic. From the cleaning staff to the bar staff and the wedding planner Jennifer (I think) everybody was lovely and doing a great job.

The Hilton Kilmainham is one of the best Hotels we´ve stayed in! The rooms are spacious and clean, the beds very comfortable. The swimming pool is great for the kids. Breakfast is excellent, something for everyone, great choice and delicious. Also the restaurant food is very good, for lunch or dinner, great menue. The staff is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We´ve stayed here many times and it was always fantastic. The location is also very good, just opposite the jail, which is absolutely worth a visit, some restaurants and shops nearby. If you want to go into the city, there is a bus stop within 3 minutes walk.
