This is one of the most beautiful hotels I have have had the privilege of staying in. Exquisite blend of old palatial architecture and mid-century style decor and contemporary furnishings, coupled with lovely staff all of whom gave the strong impression they loved being there as much as we did. Nothing was too much trouble. Our bedroom suite was huge and extremely comfortable with stunning views over the Aravalli hills and surrounding countryside. Fabulous pool and the restaurant breakfasts and dinners were amazing. We particularly liked our tour of the hotel’s kitchen garden from which much of the fruit, vegetables, herbs and spices were organically grown. The two days we spent here were a perfectly peaceful break in our otherwise energetic month touring Rajasthan.

The property, while situated slightly away from the city, was perfect for us as it provided a peaceful retreat from the urban chaos. It is impeccably maintained, with high-quality decor throughout that creates a warm and cozy, home-like atmosphere. The room was modern and luxurious. the food was excellent. the property was maintained exquisitely. the grounds were extremely well manicured. the staff were so attentive and helpful the butler that was assigned to us - Nikita was excellent. Nirmal was also very good. The restaurant staff were all very helpful and warm - Hema,and so many others. the restaurant manager was also very helpful. The driver - Om Prakash - who was assigned to us was very helpful when we went on our city tour

The staff and the service was exceptional to the point where they called us to ask why we were not at breakfast and if we wanted they would send it to our room. The first five star hotel I have stayed in India that did not charge a service tax and it was up to the guest on how they felt to tip the staff. The view from our room was amazing you could see the monsoon palace from our balcony and the sunsets were spectacular. They made tomato soup and fried rice for my five year old without any charge. Our rooms would not only be clean but warm and cozy as we were there in winter. Thank you for making our trip to Udaipur memorable.

Everything from the beginning. We arrived super early and the staff quickly came to attend us. We ended up paying extra to upgrade to the room with view, and it's absolutely worth it. Spacious room with a great view of the lake. The rooftop is a gem and the jacuzzi is a cheery on top! And what's the greatest is the staff who work in this hotel. A small team of 3 but they are absolutely the best! They do everything they can to accommodate our request. And their cooking is amazing! Definitely worth having a meal or 2 at the hotel rooftop. They cook everything fresh and I can say I had one of the best meals on my trip to India.

Very good staff and welcoming. Facilities are excellent and suitable for family with children. Rooms were spacious with very clean bathrooms. The location is excellent with a view of the mountain range and lakes. There were bars, lounge, gym, spa etc. Live music played while you have breakfast and dinner.
