We’ve been here last year and I would come over any time. It’s the best hotel you can find in the whole region. We arrived and got told they upgraded our room to a suite for free which was a big surprise. Everything was clean, the staff was very friendly. Prices are fair, not overpriced. As I said - I would come back any time :)

The staff is really good and really helpful. The hospitality is exceptionally superb as compared to other places in the world. The view is also amazing and you can view the entire city of Sulaymaniyah from 360 restaurant. InshaAllah i will recommend to my Malaysian friends.

The staff was super helpful, and I had to leave late so on checking it the reception asked for management permission for late checkout and they agreed which was great of them, they offered hospitality free of charge which was super nice of them, The location in Salim street which is really lively with many restaurant and street food all over, the room was spacious and clean, I recommend this hotel.

Perfect environment, very silent, wonderful sport/spa center. Very pleasant and friendly personnel, everyone: security, cleaning, reception, manager. Friday concerts in the bar are very nice.
