Hotels with Hot tubs in Egilsstadir

Beautiful location just outside of town. It looked very picturesque in the snow. We were early for check in, so was invited to have a coffee and relax in the lounge room which was nice and cosy showing views of the snow falling. This felt nice and welcoming from the staff. Tea and coffee making facilities in room and a nice hot shower. The hot tub and happy hour made the stay even better.

The house was amazing and spacious. Kitchen had everything we needed. I imagine that on a clear night it’s also a perfect place to see the Northern lights. We also used the hot tub which was a great way to relax after a long day.

Very nice small luxury hotel in the woods south of Egilsstadir with views of the lake from the outdoor hot tubs and restaurant. The two hot tubs have a very pleasant temperature. Bathrobe and slippers were offered for free. Spacious, modern and stylish ground-floor rooms with terrace, a small table and desk. Excellent breakfast, they even prepared fresh waffles and pancakes. Dinner was also great and freshly prepared in the open kitchen.

Nice little apartment, free hot tub with a lake view (ask the staff for bathrobes and slippers), very quiet. Still quite near the town, easy to find, enough parking spaces (on gravel). Breakfast buffet quiet small but with diverse options (incl. vegan options)

We loved this place, located in the wild with a breathtaking view on the lake. We enjoyed the free outdoor hot tub, the delicious food, the friendly team, the simple modern elegant rooms with a spacious bathroom... I regret we could not stay longer because this was the best place we stayed at during our Iceland holidays.

We really enjoyed the hot tub, very relaxing after an intense day. Kitchen was well furnished. Nice conversations with other guests. Enough space to connect but also to enjoy privacy if you prefer. Very nice to see the animals early at dawn. Close to the apartment, but without any nuisance for the guests (so really value add, from our experience)
