This was a lovely hotel and the perfect place to start our 2 wk visit to Iceland. The hotel was easy to find with free parking right in front of the hotel. As we had just flown from the USA and had a bit of jet lag we were happy the hotel was able to offer early check in for a small fee. That was perfect! So after a nap we were ready to start exploring! the hotel itself is very clean, well maintained with a nice little bar, free use of the gym next door, a lovely breakfast room and a sports bar connected towards the back of the hotel. The food in the hotel and bar were great. The rooms were comfortable and had everything you need and of course as we found all over Iceland, the people were so kind and friendly.

There was a mistake for my booking through booking.com, so booking.com mixed up my reservation with someone else’s. But the employee managed it very well! We loved how helpful they were. The hub is very comfortable, clean and, what I didn’t expect, quite. For one to two nights a very very good option. Would book it again.

We liked everything! This is a cosy and very clean apartment that has everything you need for your great stay in Reykjavik. It is located minutes away from the city centre by car, and the views from the building are breathtaking. Communication with owners is smooth, and finding/entering the property is hassle free. Martha is lovely, responds to messages within minutes, and makes you feel really welcome.

Great hot tub in the SAP area. What was especially convenient is that the hotel is next to bus stop 13, so all the tours, as well as busses to and from the aiport can pick you up and drop you off right in front of the hotel. Also, one of the main streets (Laugavegur), ends right next to the hotel, so it is nice to walk there when you have free time or are looking for a place to eat. Especially nice was that hotel staff allowed me to use the SPA for the rest of the day after check out.

We really loved it here! So much love for all the details has been shown by the staff. The staff is friendly (reception, breakfast, restaurant - they are all doing perfect work!) The hot tub is cozy, warm and we really enjoyed the sauna, too! Our room has been extraordinarily spacious and the bed was really comfortable! The hotel had everything we needed - BIG PLUS: If you need recommandations regarding tours: The staff will be happy to help you- nothing to complain about!

We really liked the option to use the hot tub and sauna, which is located at the gym next to the hotel. The breakfast was for us enough and we had some choices. The room was sparkling clean and the heating worked really well.

The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. Gave us all necessary info for facilities and breakfast time etc. The restaurant was great with a lovely selection at breakfast. The waffle makers were a favourite. The bar staff were very accomodating when I asked for glasses and ice to take to the room. In the room the bath tub was so deep, the water was sulphur geothermal water and sooooooo hot! It was like having a hot tub in the bathroom :)

The bathroom had no curtains so we had to put the cushions from the sofa to cover the window! The beds were too soft. The room was spacious and breakfast ok.

The room it was cozy, warm and clear. Clean bathroom and towels. They had the essentials for a classic good breakfast. The dossier with the additional information in the room was very helpful. We enjoy very much the sauna and the outside jacuzzi under a sky full of snow.
