The staff were so lovely. Not all of them spoke English, but every one of them was friendly and made an effort to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. So close to everything I needed! Within a distance of 20m I had a cafe, a restaurant and a pharmacy! Right on my doorstep. This was great as I suffered sunburn on my first day and tried to avoid the mid day sun as much as possible after that, so the location was perfect for short dashes out for food and drinks. The air conditioning was a BLESSING. The variety of lighting options in the room was also a nice touch. Generous breakfast and a generous supply of of toiletries in the bathroom. I will definitely be back :-)

apartments are new, well designed and functional, mine had a very nice view on Mount Etna, understand others have view on either Etna or sea. Very friendly staff, keen to accommodate to requests. ability to park within the property and use the laundry facility to wash and dry clothes was also a plus.
