This stay went above and beyond our expectations! Very close to many sights in the area like Bolsena lake and Bosco del Sasseto. The staff was very friendly giving us a free tour of their botanical garden (and a gnome one too!). Perfect for children and Fantasy lovers. A very nice breakfast accompanied by hand picked wild berries. Must try!

We had high expectations and they exceeded them. Amazing place, a beautiful room with a stunning room, top level services, beautiful SPA and restaurants. All the personnel have been constantly great.

Everything was great. Simona is very attentive to all her guests, the breakfast is super. The animals at the yard are cute. Simona even made us a small gift at the checkout despite the fact that our stay was only 1 night. She also booked a restaurant at our request.

Great property away from the Orvieto town but within few minutes drive. The place has everything - amazing garden, swimming pool, views, friendly cats and dogs. We've got a welcome cake made by the owners from their own produce and the night before leaving we've got another cake. It is such a lovely gesture! We had everything we need and even more - milk, coffee, tea, bread, cakes, etc were provided. Fully equipped kitchen, fridge, great bathroom. There is no air conditioner but we didn't need it despite very hot weather outside - the house protects well against the heat and opening windows allows night breeze in - perfect. I'd imagine you need to warm this place up during the winter, but there is a large heater. Can't stress enough - it's a great place to unwind for a few days or to use it as a base to travel around Umbria. Highly recommended!

This place was a dream. From the staff, to the room and the hotel grounds and history, we loved every single bit of it. We stayed 5 nights and everything was exceptional. Pool was the best part and water was like a warm bath. Also amazing places to sit around the hotel, chill and just read a book. Quiet and far from city noises. Perfect relaxation location.
