Warm, the kindest hosts. Excellent hospitality. Our room was so pretty, excellent. The breakfast was top tier, it included local and organic products. One of us had food allergies and these were handled so well too. The dogs were so friendly, soft and adorable. The area where the property is located is great, quiet, very peaceful. We had a wonderful stay. The hosts were so kind to recommend and book a place to dine out and where the staff happened to be the kindest of people as well.

We stayed here just one night, but it was a truly lovely experience. The property is spacious and peaceful, with a large pool and beautiful surroundings — perfect for relaxing. It’s not far from Viterbo, so it was a great stop during our trip. The host was incredibly kind and helpful with everything we needed. In the morning, they surprised me for my birthday with a small celebration — even bringing out a cake with candles! It was such a thoughtful gesture and made the stay unforgettable. We really appreciated the warm atmosphere and the attention to detail. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet escape with great hospitality.

Most striking were a few things: -wonderfull garden (pool, places to sit and read, serene atmosfere) -the very friendly and positive attitude of hosts Giulia and Nicola. -the details of the interior, creative and refined. -last but not least the interesting and very tasty meals Giulia prepared.
