I recently had the absolute pleasure of staying, and I must say that the experience far exceeded my expectations. This establishment stands out not only for its magnificent facilities and comfort but especially for its exceptional staff, who truly made the stay unforgettable. One person that particularly impressed me was Antonio. From the moment I checked in, Antonio displayed a charismatic and friendly demeanour that made me feel genuinely welcome. His helpfulness knew no bounds; he was always ready to assist and had extensive knowledge about the hotel facilities and the surrounding area, providing invaluable advice and recommendations. I wholeheartedly recommend Ricaroka to anyone looking for an accommodation that truly prioritizes customer satisfaction and provides an exceptional stay. My experience was an absolute delight, all thanks to the wonderful staff and notably, Antonio. I eagerly look forward to my next stay at the Ricaroka hotel.

The hostess personally met us, showed us and told us everything. The location of the house is perfect for those who value comfort, nature and clean air, because you will be surrounded by fields of flowers. The house is very warm, the kitchen has all the utensils for a real housewife, the beds are very comfortable and good linens. This is a place that I have already recommended to friends and will definitely return here again.

Qiuiet location with parking option. Good breakfast, continental rather than italian (cake and coffee). All very clean, and bed linen superb white. Very friendly personnel. We stayed there on the way to our vacation in France. We happily returned there on our way back home... and would do it again...

    Adorable hotel, felt very luxurious. Staff were eager to please. Another couple there it was their second time there so that was reassuring. The restaurant looked great but it was closed the night I was there (Mondays I think) and you probably get more out of the visit if you go to the spa, but I didn't. Very secure with keycard operated lifts. I had a balcony. The receptionist helped me secure my bicycle in the car park which was nice of him.

    Antonio and Rosy were wonderful. We arrived later than planned as my suitcase was stolen from the train but they were very welcoming. They printed off some paperwork for me that was in the stolen suitcase and brought up our breakfast to the room as we had an early start. The room was very spacious and modern. The meal in their restaurant was delicious. The hotel was located halfway between the station and the old city. Wished we could have stayed longer.
