The hotel's position is ideal in Amalfi. It's almost next door to the Cathedral, it's in the main street where all the tourists want to visit, shop, eat, drink coffee alfresco. It's what I would call, an Off-Street hotel. It's right in the heart of the main street in Amalfi and is decorated in a very large Italian Villa style, not at all modern. Very comfortable. Other hotels in Amalfi are high up above the sea, have nice sea views, but can be very quiet and don't have the buzz of the main street, within the ZTL traffic free zone.

wonderful!! i have visited many hotels, but I assure you that this suite is the most beautiful of the Amalfi coast, cared for in every detail, cozy and home of harmony and love. it has stunning views with hot tub on the terrace seemed to be in paradise. it has a jewelry showcase where you will find corals and pearls and a beautiful champagne showcase!! The organic garden, pool, views, hot tub, the room with the terrace, friendly staff. This was such a special stay for us having got married next door at the church. We will definitely come back here for an anniversary. Also the breakfast was the best I’ve had at any hotel.

Where to start? Roberta's place really is everything you can wish for. The view to Amalfi coast and mountains is absolutely stunning. The service is impeccable and the breakfast wonderful with excellent cappuccino, freshly pressed orange juice from oranges straight from the garden, cheese omelette made of eggs from the owners' henhouse, croissants and muesli with selection of youghurts, etc. The room was thoroughly cleaned every day and was always in top notch condition as we came back from our day's journeys and wanderings. The bed was very comfortable with extra pillows and blankets available if needed. Air conditioning worked smoothly. The little kitchnette has a gas stove where the early risers can prepare their start-me-up teas or coffees and take in the amazing views in the lovely garden among lemon and olive trees. But the best part is of course Roberta and the wonderful Villa San Cosma team. They never failed to go the extra mile so that we could feel welcome and relaxed. Roberta has an answer to everything. And it's not just the answers. Roberta (and her sister and other "team members") is so very helpful in anticipating potential troubles you may have in moving around in Sorrento peninsula or finding the right spot for your evening snack. Most importantly, you always know that you are in good hands when you stay at Roberta's gorgeous house in lovely Ravello by the magical Amalfi coast. So it's ten out of ten from us. Grazzie mille, Roberta and the superb Villa San Cosma team!
