Fantastic place with an incredible view on Sauris lake. Suites are very large, confortable, design and very well equipped. Massimo is a very very nice guy, explaining the story of the lake and of the hotel and recommending good places to eat. Super breakfast with local products. 10000% satisfied, sur I will come back in this little paradise :)

Breakfast was not available at the time of our stay (the hotel was still closed, like the majority of the hotels in Sappada), but this was informed in advance. During check inn they provide us list of all bar, restaurants and market open during the period of our stay. The chalet is fantastic, located in a great position. The sauna and whirlpool are the additional touch that elevate the stay from superb to exceptional.

The service was great! The receptionists were friendly and very helpful. One of our friends is in a wheelchair and was able to get around with no problems. Dinner and breakfast were great. Everything was clean and orderly.
