The hotel is a real gem in a great location. Their level of attention and service is rarely found, we loved everything about it. We had a great room upgrade, they took care of us, our dog and our family that joined us for dinner. We will never look anywhere else next time we are in Bolzano, we have found our perfect place. The facilities were fantastic. The apartment we stayed in had the most incredible view across the mountains and vineyards! It was an extremely relaxing environment. We used the massage jacuzzi which was nice and the sauna was lovely - we went every day! The staff were nice and the parking was very convenient. We were extremely happy with our stay and look forward to visiting again in the future!

    You feel relaxed as you enter the hotel, the staff is caring and helpful, excellent service. Awesome and big spa zone and different number of pools. You never feel disturbed and even not run into other guests very often. Very unique experience! The hotel’s facilities seems like really new and renovated.

    This hotel is so beautiful and modern, and the room was very comfortable and spacious. I was very tempted to buy the bathrobe! Also the breakfast is great, and the rooftop sauna was an excellent experience in winter. The staff were super friendly and helpful, giving great recommendations for restaurants and wine (which they also sell at the hotel - convenient!).

    The meals were outstanding, along with the service. The room was quite spaceous, offering a seating area. The bed and linens were beyond comfortable. Over all, this property was perfection. Day Spa & pool area are definitely a plus. Very modern in design with indoor and outdoor relaxing areas. Pool design and access was on point.
