Beautiful B & B with beautiful host. We stayed for a week and were very grateful with the lovely breakfast each morning. The property is outstanding with all comforts catered for. Would highly recommend. It is about a 15 minute walk from the centre of Atina for restaurants and shops. The swimming pool was a great bonus after a long day of sight seeing!

    A welcoming host, beautiful old building, a choice of room sizes, (even the single is spacious) creative decor in the public area, (old sewing machines etc.) An alimentari - basic food shop next door, large landscaped garden. Free tea//coffee lounge with comfortable seating, and and iron too. Arpino is the nicest small town in this historic area.

    The spacious high ceiling breakfast room was lovely with a warm & inviting atmosphere. There was a good assortment of breakfast items but mostly leaning towards the typical sweet side than the savoury.

    We had originally booked 2 rooms however when we saw that it would be hard for my mother (uses walking stick) the owner went out of her way to accommodate us. We ended up having room 25. CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH about this room. Step out of your door and relax with the magnificent view. Restaurant on premises was delicious. We had smoked salmon antipasta and it was melt in ur mouth. Main was just as good. I will definately be back!

    Hotel stuff we're very nice & welcoming. The building is very special with a lot of atmosphere even in the small details. The room was big with comfortable bed, good air-condition & nice sofa to relax. The bathroom was very clean with, we received shampoo, soap and more that we really liked. There is a beautiful & neat garden & free safe parking. We will definitely come back again on our next trip to Italy. Thank you Sofia for having us with a big smile & warm welcome. Toibis family
