The location of this house is superb. The views were stunning and we were blown away by the terrace over looking Atrani. We are so happy that we chose to stay here over Amalfi as it was much quieter and we had direct access to the beach and the quaint square with excellent restaurants and cafes. Amalfi was still an easy walk away through the tunnel. We were met by the host on arrival who walked us to the guest house. Glad we did as it would have been tricky to find alone. Best place we stayed on our trip. Would love to return one day.

This location is fantastic, you look off the deck over 2000ft down to the Mediterranean and the views to the east and west were also great. Massimo was very with answering questions and where to eat. The room was beautiful and the breakfast delicious. We hope to go back in the future. Highly recommend.

Sea front location, comfy bed, fridge was useful, wardrobe for storage. Amazing decor. Loved waking up looking at the sea from the bed. Balcony is small but useable. The property were very accommodating - allowed us early check in and were extremely helpful when the door code wouldn’t work - sorted quickly and efficiently.

The host was amazing very helpful, helped me with all the info arriving to the location and going around amalfi, positano, sorrento. We could buy the tickets for buses with him and bus station close to the location. Room, facilities, bathroom very good and clean and the views of the mountains around, amazing. I reccomend it 100%

Our entire visit at Villa San Cosma was exceptional. The location, accommodations (extremely comfortable bed, ample space, very, very clean, more than enough utensils/pots/pans/plates etc for any cooking) and breakfast were 5 star! Bathroom was very good, even by North American standards. The view, and especially during the morning (breakfast) is truly breathtaking. Most importantly, even over and above what was already stated, was the hospitality of Roberta and her team. Simply wonderful! Human, flexible, kind, hospitable and genuine in wanting to make every guests stay very special! Applause to Roberta and her fantastic team, and her beautiful family (child, mother and father) which we had the pleasure and seeing and meeting during our 3 day stay. I wish it was a 7-day stay!

Villa Santa Maria was exceptional. You’ll be blown away with the stunning views feeling like you’re in your own paradise directly above the ocean. We felt no need to go down and spend much time in the busyness of Amalfi town as it was so quiet and peaceful staying where we were. You can grab a key and take a walk albeit quite a few steps down to your own private bay by the ocean where you can swim or soak up the clear water. Salvatore the manager and your host is an exceptional and will sort anything for you from drinks to organising trips or transport. The breakfasts are great and dinner was too if you choose to dine there or head up to two restaurants along the hill further which Salvatore can organise. They were fantastic. I can’t recommend this property more highly. It was by far the best place we stayed on our trip to Italy. For the money it is exceptional value. Absolutely recommend.
