Location is awesome and the view from the window ar from the pool was stunning! We felt all beauty of Tuscany here in those wineyards and olive garden. Pool was refreshing in crazy August heat with very relaxing view. In the middle of the day it was a bit crowded but there still were enough sunbeds and place to lay in the sun. the flat was very well equiped - we used only 20% of all kithen facilities. we were 3 living in 2 bedroom flat - it was really spacy, almost too big!

This place is everything you are looking for in Tuscany. Location is perfect for those looking for peaceful vacation, but that is also close enough to everything to go sightseeing. Staff was very nice, kind and friendly, they also helped us find nearby restaurants and places to visit. Environment and pool is amazing, everything is very tidy and rooms are very clean. Food was also great and so was fitness.

The owner Francesca is a warm and loving host. She made delicious dinners for us on request. It is a new property with vineyards and olive trees around and conveniently located from major attractions, 10 mintes to San Gimignano, about an hour from Siena, and Pienza The rooms are neat and clean with a good view . Serene scenery. Nice out doors with private swimming pool, and furniture . Excellent interiors. Fully equipped. A special word of appreciation to mr. Licio. our host. He picked and dropped us in the bus stop. Very friendly and cooperative. I strongly suggest to people visiting Florence to go to this and have nice relaxation.
