The hotel has an excellent position, practically on the beach, sand beach, but a lot of trees for the shadow or long walks. The apartment is well equipped, there is a small kitchen as well, but the restaurant is excellent, so we had breakfast and dinner a la cart in the restaurant/pizzeria. We stayed two nights, made a trip to the sights in the area from there. Hotel’s parking, cars, motorcycles.

We spent 14 wonderful days in this accommodation in Sardinia! The hosts are very kind and caring — they always checked if everything was fine with us and if we needed anything. The room is beautiful, cozy, and clean — we felt at home here. The kitchen was always spotless, everything neat and convenient. It was actually better that we were hoping. The location is great, sunny, private, awesome mountain views. Our room was big and the balcony huge! The amenities were surprising (free coffees everyday with a coffee machine in the room, free beach/pool towels everyday) also bikes, kayaks, windsurf boards, ping pong, tennis courts, child care - amazing honestly for the price. Pools (2 cold water with different depths and 1 hot water with spa waterfall and hydro massages), beach umbrellas and chairs, private beach all included. Breakfast was vast and tasty. Staff was super helpful and friendly in every interaction. We loved it.

It is very well located in the very center of Tortoli, close to shops and restaurants. The rooms are very clean, warn (very good air conditioner), with new facilities, a lot of water in the shower and it has a small refrigerator. The host is very friendly and explains all the services available when you arrive. It has an excellent coffee machine that is in the kitchenette and a nice terrace. Thank you very much Sardiniarooms!!!

It was clearly one of the best accommodations we ever staid in. The rooms were great. The locations was perfect. The garden was awesome to have breakfast AND dinner (very very recommended). And then there is Franco, who makes everything even more perfect - one of the best hosts we ever had!! He was always happy to see us, made sure we got everything we need (breakfast, umbrella, beach towels, AND even a Kayak!!) and he made our stay an unforgettable experience. We will definitely come back, the perfect getaway for a romantic, private and relaxing vacation. It felt like we stayed at a friends place - thank you Franco!!!
