Wonderful hotel!! Very good location. Breathtaking view from the room's balcony. The room is very clean. The hosts were very nice always ready to help with anything. The breakfast was good. Private parking in front of the hotel. The hotel afford self driving boat trips we tried it and it was amazing!

the location is unbelievable right on the lake with fantastic views, we had breakfast on the terrace on the water each morning and the location just a short walk to Bellano is very quiet and peaceful yet within easy reach of the ferries and everything lake Como has to offer. This place is a step above and we felt as if we awere the only ones there would definately go back.

Absolutely outstanding stay. I could not fault it. The check in experience was the best of all of my 3 week stay in Europe, the customer service was just beyond exceeded any expectations. The breakfast I was the only guest, yet they went above and beyond for me. The room was beyond beautiful and just felt like heaven. The owner was incredibly generous with both his time, and assisting me when I had fallen ill. I cannot wait to go back and stay for a longer period.

Our host, Rita was super nice and helpful person! Other workers was also friendly and service was good. Room was cosy and we liked hole hotel area...and of course Pippo, the hotel dog. Our holiday there was just perfect. Getting up to the hotel was good exsercising, but sometimes hard :D . Still, I wan't to come there again!

One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in! The building and the gardens are beautiful, and it's just in front of the lake, which just adds magic to the overall experience. The staff, from the reception, to the restaurant and spa area, they're all amazing. When we arrived, we were offered the opportunity to check the room before settling in and we were offered the upgrade from a junior suite to a bigger suite with a balcony, since we were really hoping to have one. The room (actually, rooms, since we visited the other one as well) was amazing! Very spacious, very modern, clean, and high tech. You can control the blinds and lights from LCD panels, the bathroom is awesome and the bed was so, so comfortable (we slept extremely well!)! The pool was amazing, and the indoor spa also worth a visit (we had a great time there, especially one day, when it rained for hours and we felt like staying at the hotel). And, once again, everything feels new, clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was also very, very good, with different options from the basic buffets you usually find at other hotels; I especially appreciated the fruit, very fresh and well chosen. We were extremely pleased with our stay and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying at the Como Lake region. You can hire a boat from the hotel, but there's also the public port nearby if you want to go to Bellagio or Varenna, for example. There are also some restaurants nearby (but not a lot, some are just cafés or bistros with light snacks, but not appropriate for dinner), but you always have the hotel's restaurant if you prefer (we asked for room-service once, and the food was very good). A 5-stars hotel that definitely looks and feels like it. Very well impressed and we would certainly come back! 👌

    The location of this hotel is just amazing, right on the edge of the lake with the ferry straight outside. The staff were superb and nothing was too much trouble. The roof top bar lounge area was a wonderful space to relax but to enjoy drinks in an evening with a view to die for. The hotel owners are overseeing everything which is a really lovely personal touch. We will be back!

    Amazing apartment, good location - 10 mins walk to main area (1 straight road). Host was fantastic, very helpful with local sites/eateries etc and transported us with our baggage to /from train station. Lots of little touches and amenities throughout. (inc a jacuzzi bath) We will definitely return
