How a minor checkin problem was handled with professional ease. Wonderful breakfast and staff... comfortable beds....and the winter room nestled in the vineyard for our morning coffee and sunset glass of wine....and of course the vineyatd's wine. Close to a historic village and great restaurants.

Giuseppe prepared our breakfast, our dinner and we later found out that he practically built and owns the place. If he sees my review, I just hope that me saying "you are a model for me " was said thinking to a role model in life, a person that inspires. Perfect location for local walks in the forest, or close to Etna hikes starting points.

The only hotel at an altitude of 2000 metres in the UNESCO World Heritage Site Etna Regional Park, Hotel Corsaro is 300 metres from the cable way and meeting point for excursions to the crater.

The villa was lovely. The location was great and easy to find and I doubt you would find a better pool anywhere. However, what really made our stay excellent was the host, Angela. She went over and above to make our stay as relaxing, comfortable and easy as possible. She recommended and booked local restaurants for us. She recommended a local supermarket. Nothing was too much for her and I cannot praise her highly enough.

Amazing place - historical and artistic interior, the best food we had in Sicily (5th day here) - higly recommend to have a dinner here. Perfect view to volcano. We were luck to see erruption.

this was one of our favorite stays in Sicily! the location is gorgeous and was great for us, close to the wineries. the staff at the hotel were helpful and kind, specially our waiter during dinner! the dinner was amazing too, maybe one of the best we’ve had and all local produce. the hotel rooms seemed recently updated, where the rest of the hotel had that charming mountain vibe. highly recommend staying here, we’d 100% come back here and stay longer!
